Or maybe they find you. If you treat your phone as you should you won't see any of them. Do not download rubbish otherwise you'll get crashes and any other things you don't want to see. This is fantastic device, active frames are brilliant, hub, texting, camera and more and more.

I have had no problem with the Z10. I find the battery life acceptable. I remember on the PlayBook that it started to behave very strangely when I put kindle (android) on it. I suspect that people having problems with the Z10 must be using some android crap.

I'm glad to see that someone else is thinking like me I agree with you, I got my STL100-2 two month ago and still had no any issue like random reboots, overheating, battery draining etc. etc. I have 3 Exchange, 2 GoogleApps, 1 Gmail and 1 Yahoo accounts and they work like a charm.

To be honest, I also agree with some people who told us about "bugs by design"... BUT it is not bugs - we just have to agree new, completely new, OS as is and wait for the new updates They are coming

Hey guys, just thought I'd chime in and say that something is wrong with something...I don't know what it is, but just wanted to set the record straight that as a US Verizon user I've run into many of the same problems posted here with only the default package of software...none of that side loading business, no strange apps, etc.. I'm really glad you are having a good experience with your device and I agree with Raub, likely some of these issues will be solved with various software updates...it's a waiting game now.

Yes, that's right point. But it's only VZW related issue. I hope they will push a new software update to their users very soon.

It's probably good to remember that one's personal experience is not representative of the entire population. Just because my experience is good doesn't mean it's perfect for everyone else. Also, just because I'm experiencing a problem doesn't mean the product is a failure in general.

It's also good to remember that forums will naturally accentuate the problems more than the satisfied customers. We are never as motivated to communicate as when we are experiencing a problem. When we are happy, we just don't tend to make a lot of noise.

Overall I have noticed a significant improvement in customer satisfaction levels moving from BlackBerry 6 to BlackBerry 7 to BlackBerry 10. I think the bottom of the barrel for BlackBerry satisfaction was around BlackBerry 6. BlackBerry 7 seemed to be a good (but not fantastic) experience for most users. Now BlackBerry 10 is impressing a lot of people. I think Jim Balsillie was right when he said BlackBerry would leapfrog the competition. He just spoke too soon.

I too have had no real issues.

That said my phone did restart 2-3 times the first week before the update came. Since then, pretty smooth sailing. Love my Z10.

No issues since owning my Z10 since early March, yes there are a few bugs that should be ironed out or things that are missing but it hasnt taken away my enjoyment of the z10 as a whole.

One of the best BB's ive ever owned, my 9900 was always giving me issues with bad battery life, slow sluggish behaviour but my z10 still runs smooth although its been a few weeks since i last rebooted it.

My Z10 has worked great, no quams at all with it other than some battery life, but that seems to have rectified itself once i got away from an area with poor signal .
Enjoying it very much. Not one reboot. I think its a fantastic phone !

    Cool story bro.
Since you don't have any problems everyone that does must be doing summat wrong right?
    Nice idea.
Or maybe we just use the phone harder, or depend on it more, and can't afford to have it be as unreliable as it is in it's present state.

Doesn't mean you need to be ignorant towards those who are encountering problems. I know how to use my phone very well, and I have encountered legitimate problems that are no fault of my own. Love your phone, yes, but don't think it's so perfect there aren't any bad batches out there...

Yes, for sure. That's what I said - I never had them. Are you surprised? Or if someone has the problems I should start to think that something is wrong with me or my device? I don't think so.

BullS!hit...the phone / OS has issues. To be so dismissive of the issues some people are having with the device is just plain ignorant and immature. All I can wish for is that those who fall into that category (and you know who you are) see their device have a massive crash and lose all of your data with no backup. That will teach you a lesson in life, or not, but it'll make me happy anyway.

This is a flame thread. To those who post spiteful negatives about the phone without a constructive argument to back it up, fair enough, but as I said already there are people like myself who have been landed with a dud phone, so stop kissing BlackBerry's behind and accept some people expressing their concerns and noting their findings here.

I have no time for ignorant people who think just because their device is perfect, everyone else's must be too.

Any OS has its own issues and it doesn't matter is this iOS, Android or BB10 at last. But as far as I understand (correct me if I'm wrong) we're talking about serious bugs but not about some minor issues or for example some missed old BBOS stuff.

Make backups, use clouds to sync and enjoy

Really no need to get ugly. There appear to be a number of factors involved in the issues people are having including the version they are running. I have not had the issues others have experienced and I don't think I am the minority. With the range of symptoms that have been posted I am pretty sure that it there is a combination of software, hardware and operator issues that are the problem. And when I say software I mean both OS versions and apps that are user loaded.

Wow, do all of you know there are like 4 revisions of the Z10? Then you have the CDMA and GSM things going on esp. in the USA. Then there is a fact that any mass produced item can have a run of manufacturer defects like a bad component slipped thru or something wasn't connected right and on and on.

I'm sure some are perfect and never have an issue while other are not. Then there are the different OS versions for the each of the 4 different models of the same phone.
