Maybe try shop BlackBerry UK direct? They sell unlocked Z10 for cheap. I am from Canada not sure if you can receive items from the UK.

Only Amazon UK or eBay. Unless if you want to pay silly money maybe you can find Irish store. Silly as in 500+ euro when you can have it for 220 on amazon. BlackBerry UK store will not send to Ireland. I've tried various things to trick their website but ultimately as soon as they see Irish credit card they decline to complete the order.
Other way is to go to NI Carphone Warehouse. They should still be selling it cheaply.
