When will Voice to Text and/or Vlingo be available for Z10?

They are available for earlier models.

It's built into BlackBerry Assistant, you don't really need an app for it. Just open assistant, say create a memo and it'll do it. There's several other portions of the OS that have this included as well such as remember.
