Can anyone on the ShopCrackBerry help, please? Thanks.
Can anyone on the ShopCrackBerry help, please? Thanks.
Ditto and BUMP!!!
Not to send away Crackberry store customers, but if you're desperate for one, and depending on where you are, BestBuy Mobile has them.
A little bit more expensive (paid $54cdn+tax for mine), but quicker than waiting.

I purchased mine from att.com arrived in about 3 days.

This is why I ordered long before the phone released. I knew there would be a demand for such items and put orders in before the US release. I had them almost a month before the phone.
Same thing I did

Amazing accessory and tool. Must have.

Good Question! Just reminded me that I am still waiting. I had asked them a couple weeks ago and was told they had no 'ETA'.
Me too. Seems like I've been waiting forever. No eta? Not a good sign.
Really? I think I ordered and placed my order April 4th, bundle was shipped out on the 8th and received well by the 11th, from Crackberry.

I ordered several items including the bundle Easter weekend. Now everything is out of stock and was told via email they have no ETA. I normally order off of Amazon, but the Easter sale, distracted me. I should of just went with Amazon or Ebay.
Convinced I will never see any of the items I ordered from shop crackberry. :(
Why don't you guys buy from eBay. I got it for 52 shipped

Why is the Battery Charger Bundle in stock in Canada but not the USA? What on earth is the difference between the SKUs?
Canada: BlackBerry Battery Charger Bundle (ACC-50256-101) for Z10 | BlackBerry Batteries | CrackBerry Canada (in stock)
USA: BlackBerry Battery Charger Bundle for Z10 | BlackBerry Battery Chargers | ShopCrackBerry (out of stock)
I'm sure it's just that Blackberry is selling so many tens of millions of Z10s that their battery OEM can't keep up. It must be that. :-)
Amazon's had them backordered 2-3 months since a week after the Z10 was released in the USA.
The obvious problem with ebay is the high possibility of getting a counterfeit item...
Come on Crackberry, throw your weight around a little and get these things in stock!
I have been waiting for this since the Z10 was released. Kevin, maybe you do have an answer?
Guess the fact I have two bundles rankles those of you waiting lol. And now that I finally fixed my battery draining issue I hardly need one of them.

If it is a counterfeit? Why do you feel you can "trust" crackberry? Because you have a) shopped with them before b) you feel that this is a legitimate site.
You have to understand that with ebay, you gotta look at the reviews of the sellers AND understand that you have buyers protection, whether you think it's a counterfeit or not when you receive it, it is SIMPLE to return and get your money back :)
And you save tons of $$$$$$$$$$$
Anyway the ad I bought it from STATES in text that it is a genuine blackberry branded item. :)
Good luck!
And what was your solution to your battery issue?
Ordered one the other day off Amazon (UK) for 23 including tax and postage.
The solution is extreme. I reloaded my os but you can not do a restore or you will simply restore the battery issue. I saved my contacts to sim which got most of them except for those with bbm. For those I only retained pins via BlackBerry id. Prior to this my phone would draw a watt or more and battery life was 5-6 hours

Ah lucky fix, I reloaded my os through bblink on another z10 and no success.
But I'm starting to think when people refer to battery issues they mean that their phone is dying by just being on stand by. And that has never been the case for me.

I got mine from att last Friday.

Bought mine from ATT a couple weeks ago. Amazon has them also.

My exact thoughts
My phone was one going dead in standby mode. Heavy use will kill battery fast as these are powerful smart phones. The fact they are so good makes us use then so much more then legacy BlackBerry. If your phone isn't drawing a lot of juice in standby its likely has no big issues.

Just ordered mine from att! Thanks for the heads up!
