    All we know is that is should come around October.

    We don't know more than anyone else (though we do know geography and where Nashville TN is!)...

    It's not a bet. It's the exact amount of official information we have.

    Also, your location helps, but what really matters is your carrier. Those will be the ones deciding when and if you get the update.
