    Hey guys!!! i used to have this issue with whatsapp early updates. but the previous 3 updates were working fine with me!!
    now when i send a message, all i get is a clock symbol for at least an hour. Is there a way to downgrade whatsapp to the previous build??
    this version is horrible.

    It sounds like a temporary Internet connection or whatsapp server issue. Have you tried to reset your connection and try again?

    have tried all that. am pretty sure its not only me. i have 2 z10s and both have the same issue.
    also it isnt my service provider coz my mails and bbm messages arrive right on time and no lag

    Sounds like infrastructure as opposed to device/app issue.

    Whatsapp have always server and delivery probs because it's first get saved on there server and they send it to the receiver. So that give sometimes a hickup or delay.

    But still after two V you message is really delivered but you don't know it's read by the receiver.

    Same problem using whatsapp on Globe in Philippines. Taking up to 4 hrs to send or receive some messages and pics.

    And not just one area. Both Cebu and Cagayan. Not sure if it's affecting rest of the country. Whatsapp used to update their twitter to notify people but not lately.

    More reason to switch to BBM for all the whatsapp lag.
