Hey all,

I am having troubles when it comes to WhatsApp with sharing media with my contacts. Every time that I try to send a picture through it doesn't work, always prompts me with a 'failed, tap to resend'. Any kind of help would be much appreciated.

On a side note I am completely in love with the phone!

I have sent several pictures using WhatsApp on my Z10. No problem. Not sure why you're having difficulty. Maybe delete the app and then reinstall it.

Did you restrict the app from accessing your files when you installed it?

Make sure your permissions are set to allow Whatsapp access to your media.

Thanks for the help guys, my permissions are set so that the application can share media but now I have a new issue; when I go to send a picture the preview page comes up blank and the send button is faded out.

I'll include a snapshot to show.

Figured it out.

Once I adjusted the permissions I needed to restart my zed10.
