    I was told whatsapp would be integrated into the hub. I've looked around and can't seem to find how to do it. Is it not in the hub or am I just dumb?

    I had the same problem at first, but it turns out that you need to update whatsapp. You should see the update once you're on 10.1. Go to BB world, and go to the Whatsapp page, or go to your apps, and click "check for updates"

    Do you have 10.1 installed?
    Have you downloaded whatsapp AND signed in to the service?
    Did you update whatsapp?

    If you did, delete the app and battery pull. Then re install the app and try again. Should work

    Installing the whatsapp update AFTER installing 10.1 worked for me flawlessly.

    Battery pull is NOT required

    Install 10.1
    Check if what'sapp @ latest version
    If it is reboot the phone holding the power button
    If it isn't upgrade what's app
    May require reset but NO battery pull

    What blows me away us that this phone is based on the same engine as the playbook, so I ask has anyone ever pulled the battery on a playbook?

    No, they haven't, we need to stop thinking it's necessary on bb10 just because in previous generation BlackBerry os

    Yes, I have 10.1. Forgot to include that. Lol the one thing i forgot to do was check for updates. Thank you!
