Just as the title says,

I just got my new white z10 today (love it so far) and went to blackberry world to install Whatsapp. It will download and attempt to install then fails out saying it cannot complete the operation. Has anyone experienced this, or know of a fix?

Please manually update your OS with Blackberry Link or wait for the official OS push from your carrier. Whatsapp will work only on OS greater than 10.32

Yup many Ppl have experienced the exact issue. A quick search will yield you the works rounds.

got the same problem with Q10 but when I tried to update my OS it seems that I have the lastest version which is 10.1.
