To check data usage on EE You have to go to their website, but don't log in to my EE as data usage is not there. But below the my EE log in there's a link "Or click here to check my latest data Usage"

That takes you into another page, and you just have to go off wireless for a moment and it will tell you your details.

It's possible you may nonetheless need a my EE log in - I called them up on 150 ( then option 3 option3) to set one up.

I have just used my phone for emails, texts etc, and connect to wifi whenever possible. Was off wifi for one week and only went through 200 megs of data. I have a 2 gb per month plan and have never been over 200 meg.

I'm on TMO USA and I should be getting the Zed10 later this week.

Anxious now to see how my data usage compares on it to my old, but trusty, Torch 9800.

I use wifi as much now as i did with my 9700, and use just under double the data. most ever used on the 9700 was 8GB(no overage charge *dance*) but that was an experiment to see how much data one could use in a month streaming slacker 16 hours a day, 5 days a week for a month.

ATT only offers a 300MB or 3GB data plan. -_- Not cool to charge $30/month for 3GB, $20/month for 300MB with no middle option.

Checked my usage info on my carrier website & it says I used 470mb of data at exactly 6am this morning which was impossible as I was asleep in bed at that time.

Man, there is something wrong with your carrier, how can you even go through such quantity of MB in any given moment... I think your carrier settings or something is wrong, there is no other explanation man, unless you like pull contact data sync from social media with a gazillion contacts... have a serious conversation with your carrier man.

Just a quick long shot, although sure you checked: anyway your laptop or something hot spots through your phone...? I know it is stupid but ****, no other way you could have spent that, only if someone connects and uses your phone as a router while you sleep... talk to the carrier again man. Let us know!
My best regards and hang on in there!

Hey it's the second month on BlackBerry Z10 and my data usage is still zero despite streaming a few hours of music each day since the weekend. My BlackBerry Z10 is associated with a BES; does this cause all data to be routed through the Internet connection used by the BES even when no WiFi is enabled on the smartphone? By the way, the IT policy is configured to allow personal partition applications to use the Internet connection associated with the BES.

Maybe you should wipe the phone again, back it up first and tyen reinstall and restore. OR run it a day virgin without restore and observe.

I'm awaiting T-Mobile's Z10 to appear, and am learning what I can in the meantime This thread topic gives me cause for concern. I currently use a Bold 9700 with OS5 with 0.091 GB of data used for the month of February. This version of BB has compressed data. What made Blackberry stop doing that? It has been a point of pride to be more efficient than my husband's iPhone.

BB told me that the reason they stopped compressing data on BB10 was to give a faster download. Now, it is very fast, faster than a Ferarri Enzo, but will be more expensive than a Bentley Turbo to run!
You can as I was told still have compressed data but you cant have it on the Z or Q 10 ...unless BB decide to build it into a SW update.

How do you people use so much data? In the 2 and 1/2 weeks I've had my Z10 I've used 44.6 MB of data, according to the Rogers Account App. In the 3 years with my iPhone I never went over 300 MB.

I use about 500-700MB a month on my 9810. More like 700MB if I use the native browser often. More like 500MB if I use Opera Mini to read something quick. Opera Mini isn't the greatest, but saves a bunch of data for me. I'm gonna miss Opera Mini on the Z10.

So I'm day 5 of my allowance and have already hit the 'fair usage policy' for my unlimited Internet on t mobile, something is not right. I have wi fi on at home and I don't do anything I haven't done in the past when using previous BlackBerry devices... I'm confused. What am I doing wrong?

I dont have a z10 yet, I preordered on Verizon, but this thread kind of scares me. I have unlimited data right now with 4GLTE on my htc thunderbolt, and I use almost 3GB/month except for during the football season; I used up 6-8GB/month with NFL mobile alone. I hope this problem gets sorted out even though I plan to use more wifi since I am going to be on a shared plan.
