    About once a month for the last few months it dies then the red light flashes twice and pauses, then flashes four times. It won't turn on and I have to pull the battery to reboot it. I've never been actually using it when it happens and notice it has happened when I go to use it.
    Today I did the software update and when I went to reboot it and it did it again.

    My wife also has a Z10 and hasn't had the issue. Anyone have any insight into this?

    Good info. So I checked it out and it looks like a 111 Exception: undefined instruction. Maybe it's an issue with one of the android apps I've been running. I'll delete one at a time and see how it works out.
