I have a Z10 I brought to Cuba to give to a friend. Because there was no wifi I couldn't set it up. It was brought back to Canada by another person who says the phone needs a template to work in Cuba. I have no idea what a template is. Googled it and came up empty. Because the phone was new and unlocked I was going to set it up here bring it to cuba and switch sim cards. i have brought a number of BB's to Cuba(first Z10), and no issues. Any help would be appreciated.

Which model Z10?

I gave a Z10 to my Aunt in Cuba. All you have to do is have it setup and unlocked make sure it's a STL-003 and you'll be fine. The only problem you might run into is finding a place in Cuba that will cut the cuba cell sim into a micro sim card .
