    I tried reloading the os to factory and this is what I got. I even tried to pull the battery but still the same screen.

    It is a security wipe. When you are reloading the OS it wipes the device. Let it finish and you will be all set. Back to factory settings.

    It means that your phone is now doing security wipe, just wait patiently until it finished.

    Nope. If it is still going then let it run. If it stopped after you pulled, then start it again. You'll be good!

    You never need to do a battery pull on BlackBerry 10 devices. I have had a Playbook for quite a while and you can't do a battery pull. Just hold down the power button and let the device reboot.

    I don't think you have done much harm to your device by doing a battery pull during the factory wipe. Always good to be patient with these things though. Hope everything is back in order for you.

    Whatsapp has frozen my phone twice and had to do battery pull, hard reset didn't work. Never say never.
