    Anybody seen this before on their Z10? I am seeing what can be described as a red mark on the screen during boot up. It only seems to happen when the device is booting and the marks are not visible once the phone is on.

    Probably best to show rather than describe so here are a couple of pictures.

    Might be your lcd. Do you see it when you are looking at a black screen?

    this is probably stupid , but is that possibly the AF of your camera that you only see when the screen is black because it reflects ?

    Its hard to tell if the red light is in the same spot in the second picture because the top of the device is cut off.

    Only had it 2 days and no drops or impact of any kind. It is in the same place on both pictures.

    It is strange that I can only see it during boot.

    Bugger, oh well back to the shop I go....

    I am on the latest official os and yes it only seems visible on a black screen which is probably why it took a few days to spot.
