Was it leaked or pushed through by tmo?
Posted via CB10
From the looks of OP's pic, it was OTA through TMO.
I got the same update on the unbranded Q10 yesterday, T-Mobile USA....over 24 hrs later it still hasn't finished installing. I'm at 99% now hopefully it will be finished in the next few hours. This is ridiculous..

I'm nyc tmo, still don't have mine :(
Z10 all they way!
TMO here in Miami, nothing available.
Post via my AWESOME Q10! BBM Channel: C12140D
Nyc and it was pushed by T-Mobile. Took around 45 minutes to complete

Yes, it's coming OTA, but probably not from T-Mo. It's been pretty well established there is an OS being pushed to unbranded phones running on a T-Mo SIM, OTA, but it's not from t-mo. That's why it's killing wifi-calling. There are plenty of post on this by now, plus one which includes a member who is actually testing the T-mo version (for T-Mo) and it should be released soon.
Yen I got that over the air on my unlocked z10. No wifi calling unfoetunately

What a plesant surprise!
Man I would gladly give up wifi calling to get this update. I am on tmo in CT...no update in sight (unlocked non tmo z10)
Any suggestions?

I suggest you install a leak. Process is simple:
Back up using Link.
Run the autoloader.
Step through the initial setup.
Restore from backup.
It's like getting a new phone, and the restore is brilliant. Brings back everything down to the last SMS. Takes a while so do it overnight.
can you point me at a good leaked version. i am googling it and only finding stuff from nov or earlier.
thanks again
also, since you can see I'm new here, i'm afraid i need a bit of help with the auto loader? just poked around bb link and didnt see it
install a leak, 10.2.1.1925 to be exact. i did and its great no regrets
where did you find it? link if possible? thanks
You need to go to the BB10 OS forum here and inside that to the Leaked OS section. In that section is a thread that offers 10.2.1.1925.

Download the appropriate OS update for your phone model on to your computer. Then unzip the download. Once that is done, plug in your phone to the computer via USB. Backup your phone via link. Once backup is done, close link and keep phone plugged in to the computer. Double click the unzipped downloaded OS file. It will pop up a screen on your computer. If you have a password on your phone, you will need to enter it when the pop up tells you to. Otherwise that file will load the OS on your phone. It will take some time, so relax. The phone will be wiped and when everything is done the phone will restart and the pop up Window on the computer will say 100% loaded.
Once it's all done, you will need to setup you accounts and phone. Then you can either restore from backup, or reinstall everything manually. Don't worry, any apps purchased from BlackBerry World can be reinstalled for free.
Good luck

thanks i will head over there now! also i have now moved from newbie to user! sweet
thanks everyone
Also in NYC on a locked T-Mobile z10, still no update

If you have a branded phone you will only get pushed the t-mo update. The one going around now is not from t-mo.
