What happens to a returned Z10 (or other new phones)? Do they get repackaged and sold again as new? Sold as refurbished? Now that it's been available for a while, just wondering if ordering one assures it will be factory new.

They still do though and it's a pretty common practice which I think is disgusting. That's why I ALWAYS asked for a sealed unit.
