    attempting 10 unsuccessful password then after it will reset and it want turn on can you tell me what happened with phone and what should I do?.

    after attempting 10 wrong password bbz10 will fully wipe and then after it want turn on.
    so tell what possibilities may be some hardware issue or software issue.
