    Reboot your device - hold the top buttom till the BlackBerry screen comes up. DO NOT tap reboot on the countdown screen.

    Actually never mind. You should NOT have upgraded to the developer beta testing bed 10.2.1.1927. It is NOT a user finished OS.

    You want 10.2.1.537 (10.2.1.1925) which is available on a number of carriers now.
