They all love it after a couple of minutes.

Usually I'll show them how you can "Peek" at messages in the Hub while in any program. Then I'll show them how apps stay active and how you can multitask with them.
Then if they're really curious about the keyboard because they've either read about it or I've mentioned it, I'll give them a demo of that as well.
So far every one has seem impressed aside from one guy who didn't like how up to 8 apps can stay open and active. I tried explaining they don't haven to stay open but he just wasn't into it. 3 people I've shown are getting one or the Q10. 2 were already basically set on getting one but one guy I think I actually convinced.

I will concur with Pistooli. Hub and keyboard are the two upfront areas.
Browser and HD out viewing are usually requested as well.

I start with all the same as all of you (no buttons, multitasking, browser, peek, hub, etc) but then I also show them the time shift camera mode. I purposely tell them to blink like crazy and then fix it and they get pretty wowed by it and want to do stupid poses and see if I can fix them too.

4- Keyboard
5- Camera Time Shift
6- Hand over the phone to them

Depends on who I'm showing it to, for the guys, it's all the task functions, like hub, peek, keyboard etc....

For the girls, I go straight to the time shift camera, girls love taking group pictures and this is a huge feature they find awesome.

Dudes = specs/nerd talk
Gals = pics, with compliments of your eyes look much prettier open.
