That BlackBerry users are harder to please and do not stand for mediocrity. So when surveyed we tend to put Somewhat Satisfied instead of Very satisfied as this graph illustrates. Just so you know the Apple survey looked like this:

Where does that study come from? I was under the impression that WP users were the happiest of the bunch, which I've seen reported on two different occasions. Not that it matters though. I enjoy my Z10 and that matters.

LOL Apple and their statistics...everyone knows that 99% of all stats are made up lol

But iphone users are easily satisfied from what i have seen and known of them, they like their stuff to be easy to use and not require too much brainpower.

A friend of mine recently bought the S4 and was raging because he found it so difficult to use...when he was ranting about it, i just laughed and said go back to your iphone5 as it seems to fit your brain capacity...problem solved.

Cool. Even dead people are now used to troll us... Well... there is truth to that.

We had devices which were not up to the latest and the greatest. Right now we have enough people who are still just dragging on with the Z10 instead of having a daily driver.

Many issues which need to be ironed out...

Windows Phone is just working out of the box like Apple.

Android had the problem of massive fragmentation and laggy/ badly built customizations by the OEMs...

At least we can still say that we will be growing out of it...

I've had 6 phones in two years (Android, WP, MeGoo & now BB).

By far I have the best user experience on BB.

You don't have to wait for Feb. The iphone 5S will have IOS 7. That should be coming out in the fall. I know I'll be trading my Z10 in for it.

You don't have to wait for Feb. The iphone 5S will have IOS 7. That should be coming out in the fall. I know I'll be trading my Z10 in for it.

I don't get my next upgrade until Feb! Wish I would have just gotten the iPhone 5 rather than give BlackBerry one last chance.

My mistake. Shouldn't have believed in BlackBerry after the PlayBook fiasco.

Oh well, I have iPad 4 to get used to the ios7 until feb

I watched the keynote to see if dropping the iPhone 5 for the z10 was worth it, and ios 7 didn't change my mind, please tell me what ios 7 can do that bb10 can't? Basically nothing, they even added things bb10 has lol, ill still use it on my ipad but it's mostly a cosmetic change.
