    My device keeps giving me a wep lock notification and that I should call my provider.

    I called Rogers and they told me it was a device problem. But I'm not convinced and I don't want to get a refurb phone (past refurb on the 9900 have broken and not been covered with warranty)

    I'm on Rogers. I have a Rogers Sim card and my bill is paid up.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    I guess I'm the only one with this issue. However since the update I haven't had a problem.
