I was deleting one contact which at the instant of doing so appeared to have worked correctly, but then immediately after I exited the "Confirm Delete yes/no" screen all my contacts were gone. Restoring off my 9530 backup from the original migration isn't working either. I'm not particularly impressed at the moment....stupid phone

all your bbm contacts are stored under your bbm number ?

They should be tied into your BlackBerry ID, so deleting them all by accident is very difficult to do. Not sure what to say, maybe backup and wipe your device, when you reconnect your BlackBerry ID they'll hopefully be back.

ya maybe, i dunno what's really going on. But I agree that it shouldn't of been as simple to delete everyone. The phone however isn't offering any quick or easy solutions as to getting everyone back. I'll work towards some solution, gotta be an answer, I still have my Storm so I'll try a device restore or worst case just re-enter the PIN's. Frustrating to say the least though
