    Hi I was having a problem. My front camera is working with an Camera360 and PicsArt Application. And I was reallu shocked when I open the Camera Icom.my rear camera is working and few minutes its started to not working and the error message was Camera Cant be started. I just tried to reload rebbot my phone and its just the same. My rear camera isnt working but sometimes its working any one who will help me about this kind of issue thankyoo.

    You might UNinstall those two new apps that use the camera or any other new camera apps, restart (see below) and see what happens. The stl-1 model seems to have camera problems more often than other models.

    Try a restart:

    Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

    If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

    Mine Z10/stl2 upgraded official OS 10.2.1.3247. After few days later camera is missing on screen and hitting bottom right corner camera is no response. I tested bbve the camera is working. I have did pull battery reset few times and it is not working. Anyone's same problem. Please advise me hank you.

    I just try it but My cam wasnt working again -.- I just uninstall my cam apps. And nothings happen the error message was the camera cant be started again and again

    mine Z10/STL2 has camera problem too. i have been swipe the device
    and camera is working now.it is final solutions.
