    So ever since I installed 10.2.0.1725 I've had something strange going on with my contacts.

    Blank contacts? (see pics) it's this list of maybe 30+ blank spaces that weren't there before and they don't do anything and they aren't contacts who's info just isn't showing up. And the best part is that they can't even be deleted...

    Anyone gotten this before?

    Wow... first time I see this bug. I have never been aware of it.
    I suggest you reload and reinstall the os after a clean wipe.
    Or upload a new "contact" .bar file

    Damn I didn't wonna redo the OS restoring my info to the phone takes hours.

    Interesting idea about side loading the contacts bar tho. I didn't think of that. Thanks.

    I did not. I was under the impression a security wipe returned it back to 10.1 but I can see how this incorrect

    That would be theoretically impossible because you have just over-written everything on the phone by installing a new os on top of it.

    A security wipe is like giving your phone an enema. Cleans out all the carp.

    Do a wipe only, no need to reinstall the whole OS again. Once you are done with your clean new wiped phone and have loaded your info on it, sync your calendar and contacts and do a full backup (it will be clean this time) and you will have it for future restores. Good Luck!
