    Hi guys,

I have changed nothing on my phone, I don't use it differently. My web browser was working perfectly and in the last week or so it has stopped loading pages. I thought it was my carrier issue, but it happens over several wifi connections as well. Pages never load. The blue loading bar will reach 3/4 and not move past that, meaning no page loads. Also, the screen of the Web browser changes size ( see pic attached)

It worked fine after the latest update, and this has just started happening recently.

I have done several shut down and restarts AND battery pulls as wel.

I don't know what to do now! The web browser is kinda essential for me :s

Anyone else experiencing this or have any fixes???? Hopefully it's fixed in an update?

I'm having the same problem. When I open a Google search it freezes the browser And I cant change pages or push any links. Then of course I'm stuck on Google page.
I didn't expect this in the new bb10. Quite disappointed.
Do I take it to Rogers so they can send it out and I'm without a phone for who knows how long ??????

Oh and I've cleared cache and history a hundred times and turned of flash.
Gotta tell ya I never had this with iPhone or Android. But plenty of this with old BlackBerry.

After I got 10.1 for my z10 my browser app stopped working with most websites but I can load a few pages if I use bing (I used Google previous to the update) but most of them don't work so I downloaded a different browser, it sucks compared to the stock browser but I to am hoping it fixes in an upcoming update

I have had this same problem. The only solution that I have found is to do a wipe and re-install the OS. I have now switched from 10.1.0.2xx on Rogers,(sorry can't remember the exact #) to a leaked 10.1.0.2354 so far so good. I did spend some time attempting to duplicate this problem but have had no luck!

Google was totally unresponsive and Bing worked for some things. Links from Web pages would not open.

Sadly I had tried all other recommendations without success to fix this problem before the inevitable wipe.

I do hope someone figures out what is causing this to happen.

This has been posted several times the last few months. Usually happens after you clear the history the first time after the 10.1 update. Happened to me twice now. Here's the solution that worked for many.

    1. Open browser, Clear history and cookies.
    2. Disable and re- enable cookies
    3. TYPE www.google.com/?t into the address bar . ( Be sure to type it in not copy and paste) ...press enter.
    4. Back to normal!

All fixed. Thanks. I've left cookies off for now. Is that ok? Every thing seems to be running the same.
Very strange how the whole problem transpired from nothing. What if I didn't know about Crackberry forum. What would I have done?
Shouldn't BlackBerry have a patch or fix out foe this?
Do they know about it at BlackBerry?

If it didn't work for you, try it a couple more times, all 4 steps. The last time it happened it took 3-4 tries.
