There is so much speculation when we will be able to buy a shiny new BB10 smartphone so lets have a little fun.

- It's a public poll so we can see who is choosing what date
- You can only choose one window of time
- This is not based on country or carrier but simply when the first phone will be available to purchase anywhere on any carrier.

I love the optimism! I think for u.s. we are looking at end of feb, beginning of march. I don't think feb 1 is happening but that is one thing I would love to be wrong about! I'm personally holding off until I can test drive a x series!

I asked My friend who is a senior at RIM about the Z10 and he said: "It will be in stores shortly after the launch event. Very similar to how apple launches iphone"

I was in Walmart near 401 and Morningside (Toronto east). This store is taking preorders for BB10 phones. You get a $50 gift card with a $50 deposit. Bell, Rogers & Telus as the carriers only. Pickup between Feb 5 to Feb 11 for these preorders.

Really I thought the leaked date for Tmo was at the end of March. Would be nice if it was at the end of Feb instead.

It would be encouraging to have a pre-order option on Tmo site ASAP. I have enough to buy the L off contract sitting in old shoe, and I have a terrible spending habit. The wait is killing me. LOL

Screw the US carriers. It may shock you, but the US isn't the only place that they'll be going on sale, and if anything there's a good argument to be made for BB10 to be in stores outside the US first. If the US carriers are dragging their feet, that's their own damn problem. They'll change their tune when there are queues around the block in Europe and Asia.
