    Been running into the same issue for the last 2 days. Had worked fine before but suddenly it won't acquire a gps location.

    If both of you guys are Verizon then the issue might be the Os version. Currently Verizon z10s are running 10.0.9.xxx and the Waze app is designed for 10.0.10.xxx and above. That being said Verizon z10 users should be getting 10.1 Os soon. In a few weeks I believe.

    It's never worked for me.
    Always gettting a connection error and I'm running 10.0.10.85
    8tracks, songza and word hero also don't work, although they did work at one point, but haven't for over a month.

    You are not alone... Been facing same problem in two different countries and four different networks. In one country one network completely failed to connect yet I had added it to the preffered networks in settings. The other network worked on voice only but did not do with web.

    In second country, one network added to preffered list only works on voice and SMS yet in settings it says "No network connection". The second one says "Cellular services are turned off". Thing is when I try to turn Mobile Network on, the switch springs back to "Off" all the time. All newtwork operators have failed to diagnose the problem. My Z-10 runs the 10.0.10.261 OS version.
