Today for some reason my phone was exceptionally sluggish with opening my contacts. Since I've noticed left hand side of my phone really warm up and mostly stay that way and battery power going far more quickly than normal.
    The wifi was off.
Anyone have any ideas what's happenin please?

There was probably a glitch in the OS that made the processor work harder than it was supposed to. A battery pull will solve the issue.

Did this about three times but only really made the difference when I changed the battery completely.
    Thank you.

You got any sideloaded apps?? or any other apps??. Id delete all of them and see if the phone still warms up...it could be an app causing the phone to overheat or something. If it still does it without any apps being installed then its probably a phone issue and id get it replaced or fixed if you can.

No need to battery pull.. hold both volume rockers for 10 seconds.

As for the heating up, it's always good to get a new phone so monitor it for one more day and then decide

Been watching TV on the Z10 today with the phone plugged in to mains charger the whole time but battery has still depleted? Surely it should charge if only a little when on charge and browser running, surely.

Phone heating up is normal especially if used extensively. If you play games or do heavy browsing that requires a lot of rendering the phone will heat up as the capacitance in the battery decreases and the processing and gpu usage goes up. Sometimes the phone can get hot just sitting there if it's searching for networks or receiving a lot of information.

Mine is mildly warm right now

Mine gets pretty warm too at times when I charge it and use it at the same time. Or if I push it somehow. All phones does this to an extend though you don't feel it as much on all phones. I think our backside is pretty thin and absorbs the heat pretty easily compared to most other phones.

My Z10 is currently on charge whilst I use it but it doesn't hold charge or increase but slowly decrease even whilst charging? Is that normal? Surely not?
