I have Blackberry Z30 and I want to factory reset it. After resetting the phone, will it require the old blackberry id, which was given before resetting in the phone or I can give a new blackberry id?

1 - Go to protect.blackberry.com, delete your phone
2 - Disable Protect in the settings of your phone
3 - Security wipe or use an Autoloader to reload the OS.
4. You can then sell/give your device away and a new BBID can be given.
To bring it back to the original question, yes, the BBID configured for that device will still be there unless you follow the steps above. If you intend to sell it, you must do those steps. Otherwise, it becomes a useless device.

ok thanks
I'll try that
I have a problem now.
I did reload OS with Autoloader, but did not delete my bbid. Because I can't access that BBID.
My device works good, but I can't sign in with a new BBID.
Because the device asks for that BBID with which thedevice was set up.
Is there a solution?
Maybe a third party application?
As instructed above its a useless device without the original BlackBerry ID information.
