You call those 'graphics intensive' games?!
I wonder what you'd call the likes of Real Racing 3 then.

Sorry Erin, I actually thought of you when I picked mine up this morning. Man, I'm glad that wait IS OVER!!!!
I have quite a few friends with iPhone 5 and GS3 (haven't seen a 4 yet) but it seems so far the thing they are most impressed with is the peek feature and being able to stay in the app and look at messages. The true multitasking capabilities of the z10 are pretty incredible.
Sorry those were the ones I had on my phone at that specific moment.
If you don't feel their intensive enough, keep in mind they were 7 simultaneously, plus me going back and forth to the hub and BBM, again, this was just for fun, but certainly it's something that raises eyebrows

So I have been playing with my new Z10 all day. I too like the Peak feature, but I am definitely missing the iOS and Android pull down notification shade (especially the Android version).
Mr. Degree3 posted a list of things iOS & Android can do but according to him BB10 can't.
When you read these troll posts carefully, it's pretty easy to see through the disinformation they are deliberately spreading.
If you read the post not only did I give things that one can do on android or iOS that you can't do on bb10.. i also listed things that where better on bb10.
Just because you can't handle shortcomings doesn't make them go away ;)
I am enjoying my Z10 experience.. doesn't mean it isn't without huge holes in capabilities compared to the other OS's

Boohoo sorry you feel that way.
Too bad you didn't respond to the substance of my post.

Ok ill bite...
On both android and iOS you can swipe straight to the camera from the lockscreen...
One can also swipe straight to your email or text message straight from the lockscreen. That is very convenient because it saves swipes and clicks to get to where you want
No way are you comparing wdtv to apple to.. Lmao. Besides I was just listing things YOU CANNOT DO on a Z10. Clearly you can control an apple tv can you?
While you have to click click click to send a picture to multiple people with photo stream sharing one does not have to do anything after the picture. Just take it and moment later my wide gets the picture on her phone and laptop.
On th same token on android and iOS one has the ability to auto upload to Facebook or goggle plus. Again timesaver.
I deposit checks all the time with USA A. My money is available immmedately unless the check is over 2k then I get it next day. Beats going to a bank!
A Lot of what you said is "Because I don't find it useful, no one Should" which is not true.. but you have a right to your opinion.

Dayuuuum. Someone just got served. Lol. Kinda sad everytime anything negative about BlackBerry is said, even as small as this, some people get all **** hurt. Sad really. Personally, I prefer wp8 and BlackBerry over Android and ios simply because of the whole experience. I know both have their shortcomings but I don't mind. I sure as heck wouldn't cry a river of someone brought it up either.
Dude it's kinda pointless though I don't have apple tv so I don't need to control it
This is all preference, and neither is perfect, but again keep in mind all these things are app driven so they could work on the Z10 as well providing the apps are there
That being said, inherently the Z10's OS can deal much better with multitasking thanks to the micro kernel structure
Keep in mind this thing is still in early stages
I couldn't deal apples closed infrastructure and android seems fragmented to me again this is my preference and is just that my preference
One thing I think everyone can agree on is the multitasking is extremely awesome on the Z10, the hub is a great idea and the whole idea / concept of flow is absolute genius, don't get me started on the keyboard

I'll insert my responses inside the quotation.
Sorry but it kind of is true. I have a phone that works beautifully for me. I have a hunch it would work beautifully for a lot of other people. I'm also saying the Z10 offers most of the features you have mentioned, and has several huge advantages, so yeah, go ahead. It's your decision. I for one choose BlackBerry because of its reliability, security, durability, and now an amazing new OS that flows so cleanly and efficiently, most of the key apps are here now or will be shortly. I see a lot of new BlackBerry converts coming!

I've been showing the iOS users by using NFC to share pictures or videos, android by multitasking
Powered by BlackBerry 10
Seriously.. did I just see someone bring up netflix again?? Some people are useless, the sideload works perfect

No. Do you pause your TV every time you look away?

Google knows everything of your life and apple control everything you want to put on your phone(itunes).......

-You can have open 7 games while replying to a message on an Android too. One press or one gesture and I can bring up a list of recent apps. Since all of those games would be in there, I'd be able to switch between them too.
-No one cares about the hub and that it's "always there" as it's mostly just a list of messages you already know you have and didn't reply to yet. And as far as new messages, iOS and Android can check those from the notification pulldown. Or leave them there and they'll be "always there" as well.
-As far as your keyboard, Android users have Swiftkey. It also has gestures with the NavRing. Or something like Swapps.
-Security. When is the last time you heard someone say their phone was hacked? Seriously. You're 100x more likely to have your phone stolen off your person than to have someone hack your phone and steal your personal info. Even businesses aren't as enamored with BB's security as they once were and you were certainly won't sell to the average consumer with it.
-DLNA, there's a million apps for that in the Play store.
-Yes, apps and the camera can be operated from the lockscreen.
-Then there's the other stuff DGree03 mentioned.
I guarantee no one you showed this to went out and got a Z10. Fact is, there is nothing anyone is doing on a Z10 that isn't being done on an Android. You can go on about "true" multitasking. Samsung phones, specifically the Note 2, have multiwindow and floating apps that run simultaneously, on the same screen, without a stutter. That's the multitasking people care about.
It's just not as easy dude, relax man they're just phones man
Btw gs3 has no hdmi output you don't see me ragging on the phone because of that
Jeeez what is wrong with you people

Ten dollar adapter and it has it. And yes, it is "just phones." So why the need to start a thread trying to show how superior your phone is when it isn't?
Never said superior,
Plus what everyone seems to forget that the Z10 was never intended to fight of Android it was the idea was to lock in that 3rd place, ....now, if it's suddenly on par with Android and apple ( I personally feel it's a better product than apple) and people want to put it in a league with Android, cool
Seems android fans are pissed that BlackBerry can do the same things they can, like I said none is "Best" it's a preference, now that BlackBerry has somehow closed the gap a bit, it's just that preference

Untrue! Lithium-ion is a very clean system and does not need priming as nickel-based batteries do. The 1st charge is no different to the 5th or the 50th charge.
Just an FYI, I also have mobile deposit on my z10. I side loaded my banking app onto my PlayBook and z10, so I also can take a picture of the check and make a deposit without going to the bank. I have my own business, and people give me checks all the time, so it's really handy.

so angry.
they're just phones relax. They are both good systems...I have z10 but I know the apple eco-system is also great...I had a 4s and i have an iPad 4.
The great thing in life is you can BOTH! or whatever makes you happy
Well, you can't do this on your Z10...
Attachment 144990
TRUE multitasking...2 apps open side by side, while a video plays in the pop-up player....so that's three apps running on-screen simultaneously.
In the background, Utorrent is downloading a 2GB Torrent file.
Bottom line is, every OS has its neat features that other platforms can't do. I won't even get started on all the neat stylus features my Note II brings to the table.
Phone envy is for kids. I have a Z10, a Galaxy Note II and an iPad mini. All the three major mobile OSes are ALWAYS with me on my person everywhere I go :)
I was upbeat just now...but when I looked at your profile picture, saw how old you looked and contrasted it with this childish whine about 'trolls'...
Kinda feel bad for you, man.
