    Hi! Which weather app is not updating for you??
    Sometimes closing the active frame and opening again helps. Sometimes its the server they are getting the weather from.....

    The pre installed, Accuweather I think.

    Tried to kill it for few times....

    I had that problem. Solved it by turning on Location Services. You might want to check your settings.
