    Hi,

    My Z10 was updated to 10.3.1.. now issue is while paying media when i am increasing or decreasing volume either by volume button or through media volume option, playing media( Video's and MP3) getting disturbance in sound.. Like " Girrrrrrr" sound. Music is getting disturbed like how we used to get in CD players

    Rest of the things are fine and battery life is amazing with new OS

    Turn off your phone (not restart) then turn it on . I had the same issue after update.

    hard reboot/restart...

    hold vol up/down... ignore screen shot and wait for restart

    when issue crops up again (and it will)... repeat

    If you press the top button and have your screen turn off, you won't have the unnecessary screen shot issue.
