Hi guys, maybe another little quirk but here goes......i had a voice mail left on my phone 2 days ago and i have deleted the recording but the notification on the phone will not go away, have tried selecting and deleting but no.....tried batt pull nothing?
any ideas?

Call yourself and left a voice mail. Go in, listen to it, delete it, and see if it goes away then...

PS: with the battery pull, did you leave it out for at least 30+ seconds?

Nope, that's a known bug. I have the same issue and it will NOT go away, save for a device wipe. Don't ask me how I know.

Same issue here. I even swapped for another som cars and the voice mail icon is still there - even when I don't have voice mail activated for the swapped sim.

Looking forward to the next firmware upgrade that would fix this and other bugs....

How do you do a device swipe ..... I can't stand this icon anymore!!!!!! More than a little ocd!!

Go to settings, choose security and then click device wipe. Follow the on screen instructions. Make sure you have fully charged battery
