    Why can't I hear my phone ringing when someone tries to call me. Even when I'm phoned through BBM. There's no sound at all. I've checked my notification settings and all, and they're all set to work as they are suppose to be. It's only been like this since the update to 10.3.1 rolled out here in the Philippines. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Any solutions out there? Please, not a hard reset.

    I think it's a bug, been happening to me as well, missed 2 calls today, I put it so it vibrates now as well as rings.
    Hopefully there's a fix for it.
