Yup its normal when I got my Q and booted it up it did two updates to the same OS

Did you have the two updates in one go? as I downloaded the 10.1.0.273 a month ago which was a 341mb and this one 10.1.0.2312 is 98mb

Of you are on O2 you can download it just put in a Vodafone sim and it will be available I'm not sure if you need to be unlocked like me..if you do just contact O2 who will do this for free..hope this helps

Maybe I missed .273 first time around....vodafone don't seem to alert so i only find when I check all i know is i did a 98mb followed by an 834 mb...waiting to notice whats different, my photo storage seems different....that's all so far

Ive just bought a Z10 (sim free) and use it on vodafone (contract) My phone doesnt recognise any software update from whats installed 10.0.10.738, Ive tried every way to get the update, bb link web, ota but cant find it. Spoke to vodafone customer services today & they say its not released yet???? I know htis to be wrong as other vodafone customers have it, just wondered if you could give me a steer to get 10.1?

Welcome to CB, with regard to the update, sometimes it takes a day or so to go around the whole country

I'm on Vodafone but I bought the phone unlocked so have had the update for a while, the best thing to do is go into settings once each day and press check for updates! It may be frustrating but it shouldn't be too long before you get the update

Alternatively as someone else said if the phone is unlocked then you can place an EE sim card and see if it will prompt you to update, but if it was unlocked you should already have had the update
