    Loaded the latest leaked OS 10.3.1.821 and my voice mail keeps asking for a password. Now I never set it up with one. Can't retrieve any messages. Please help.

    verizon visual voicemail doesn't work on 10.3.1 either, my password is the same as the 4 digit pin you use to login when you call in.

    That I can understand but I never set up a pin for it. All I had to do was just hit the button for my voice mail before so never worried about a pin. Tried every pin I have ever used and get nothing.

    I have verizon visual voice mail on my 2.1 verizon release and it doesn't work either. Did verizon decide to cut BlackBerry out and charge everyone?

    Are you paying for your visual voicemail at Verizon? I was just looking at their site because I'm thinking about switching carriers, and they charge $2.99/mo. for visual voicemail. Maybe this is something new and those who were getting it free got cut off.

    It works when on their released operating software. Every time I switch OS I loose voicemail.

    I've never seen a voicemail system without a pin#, so I dont understand that .

    What carrier?

    can you look at your voicemail speed dial, it may be tagged to that.

    Mine does the same thing but turns out I do have voicemails when I check it lol

    I am on Fido and my VVM option on my Z10 never worked until now on 10.3.1. 821. :-) You can try to enter last four digits of your phone number (temp code) and that will prompt you to change it along the way...
