    I'm assuming your home web cam has an android app that allows viewing on a mobile device? If so, just load up the android app via snap or amazon store.

    If not, perhaps a webpage to visit to view said cam?
    You can emulate a desktop PC from your browser if the webpage doesn't allow mobile usage.

    Meaning: seeing what's happening in my home on my Z10 via my desktops web cam... can do so on Android. Thought it might be easier on BlackBerry...

    No not Skype!? Pretty sure you need someone on other end to answer call...
