Hey,

I recently rented Silver Linings PlayBook, and although the video looked "normal" in the Preview, the actual rented movie was not playing in the original aspect ratio. The picture was slightly stretched horizontally. I know I can Pinch and Zoom to change the size of the video, but I couldn't find a setting to correct the aspect ratio. I figured maybe there was just a problem with that particular movie and put up with the stretched image since it was just a rental.

Tonight I was browsing the video section again and figured I'd buy Sound City, as I've been meaning to see that for a couple of months. I checked out the Preview, and immediately noticed the aspect ratio is off horizontally just like Silver Linings PlayBook.

Had anyone else noticed this? Is there a way to fix this in a setting somewhere? Here are a couple of screen grabs from the Preview for Sound City. I'd estimate the image is stretched horizontally by about 5-7%.

Hey,

The screen grabs with the bar at the bottom are just from the Preview within BB World (no way to remove it). I didn't purchase Sound City from the video store yet in case I won't be able to fix the aspect ratio problem.
