    My Z10 works just fine playing .mp4 format files. The phone also creates the videos on the phone in the .mp4 format.

    Is the complete? Just wondering, because sometimes an incomplete file will not play. Hard one thee other day that did not copy off of my server properly, yet it stated it was an .mp4 file. 86 mb vs 353 mb.
