    Recently when I want to shoot a video the camera stars fine but after about 20 seconds it starts freezing for about to seconds and them starts recording again, it keeps doing that thru out the entire time I keep recording.anbody else having this issue?

    How much free space to you have either in Internal Memory or on an sd card? And this recently occurred, before it was working fine?

    Less than half ,i think it has to do with my memory card maybe,you think re formating it will fix the problem?

    I have this problem on my Z30. I reloaded the phone and tried the camera without restoring anything a d got the same issue so it isn't the software or the apps, or the amount of free space. I switched the device to internal storage and got the same issue so it's not the memory card. Thing is, sometimes it works ok.

    Swipe down and Select Settings, then switch storage location.

    After I go into settings I see storage and access but I don't see any options to switch storage, can you be a little more specific? Thanks

    oh, sorry. In the CAMERA APP, swipe down, Settings, "Save on Media Card" and set that to OFF

    Someone in another thread said they had that issue and the problem was that encryption was turned on and the CPU can't keep up with encrypting the video as it is recorded. He was talking about saving to an unencrypted card. I'll look into it and see what happens.
