    Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black, keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

Thanks for your reaction. It seems to happen when I browse through the notifications menu and when I go back to "phone" it has turned vibrate off.

The restart did not work, thanks for the suggestion. It seems to be a bug in the software.

    Duc,
Just to let you know that you're not alone with this problem. I have the exact same issue where the phone vibrate will automatically toggle off by itself. Hoping it's a software issue that gets fixed with 10.2.1 release.
