    I have the same problem, the app is totally slow anyway. Hopefully they'll solve the syncing problem soon because this way it's quite useless. 2 days ago it was fine and then suddenly most of the contacts just disappeared.

    Mine too, I have only 42 Viber contacts showing and 112 of my contacts have it so I'm not sure why it does that but it is really annoying.

    Same here, it started sync-ing upon install, but never completed & I have 0 contacts, when I know I should have about 80 at least.
    Have not contacted the developer, would it help, since it was side-loaded?

    Well, none of us can assist with any program based errors. Who knows, maybe the Developer has some idea why his android app fails to sync on your BlackBerry.

    This won't help the contact issue but the native viber10 app in bbw works pretty smoothly compared to android.

    Because Viber is just poorly written android port. That's why it doesn't work properly. I solved problem by removing contact and re adding them. It's trouble to do it with 120 contacts, but try it with few you really need.

    i have same problem,just go to setting and accounts,tap on that account your contacts are in,then uncheck contacts and when all your numbers has been removed,go there and check that again and you can see them in your viber again
