Its the same exact page that was leaked out a while ago & then they took it down. So either someone in the IT department decided to add it on for a few minutes / hour & take it down OR they are fixing it.

Just reloaded the page and worked for me. I even signed up and got a confirmation email back thanking me for signing up. Ohh and there was a second signup pop-up page asking me which color phone I would prefer. Who knows...
