Verizon Employee in the store recomended Blackberry Z10! I remember less than a year ago they had more than 5 iphones on display. Today
was surprising there is not even a display model up & he was adamant the Z10 is amazing! Needless to say it kind of shocked me given every
representative from Verizon in several years always recommended droids or iphones.

Maybe soon the tides will once again turn. Then bbry can gather app development quicker and continue to give us awesome hardware/operating systems to enjoy with it!

He went to some training and used the device. OMG! They actually have training for blackberry now? The store employee's couldn't assist me with my 9930 ever! He said many apps that are not available are now in the works already. Including Instagram. He wasn't sure about Netflix though.

While they could just be saying that, maybe in their training as a way to intice customers they were told that "20 top apps currently not available, are in the works" to help with convincing customers.

went to the verizon in times square today and two employee were raving about, one had the white one had the black. Both praised how quick and easy it was to use.

I wish my experience was the same. Just called every VZW store in my area and asked if I would be able to pick up the Z10 in store tomorrow. 3 responses were that they didn't know when it was coming, 2 said they would order for me but we're not carrying. I'm rather bummed.

you can do it you just swipe up from the call and it takes you back to any active frames you have open and you can select the browser.

Im was pleasantly surprised today when I called a Florida Verizon store from Canada (I called to order a new battery door cover which they have stock).

The fellow was excited for Z10 and couldn't wait to get his own personal Z10 and getting rid of his iphone. He said they completed the training on it, and were excited for the product and asked how I was enjoying mine.

I got Verizon to switch my upgrade date. Z10 is mine today! Yes!!! Wonder if White is in stock at the store?
