Verizon is horrible with updates. Luckily, I don't need them to upgrade my device. I haven't had an official VZW OS on any of my devices in 4 years.

I switched from Sprint to AT&T to get the Z10 and the only issues I get is sometimes my apps won't open and ill have to restart the phone.

Great idea if Tmo wasn't complete garbage in my area. It's the carrier poor people use. By poor I mean people with poor reception.

I'll keep my flawless white Z10 with unlimited data and LTE...Also no reboots, don't know if this is why but I bought mine from best buy.

Again just to reiterate this is not about bashing big red but more of a reminder to give the Z10 a break if that is your carrier.

On the subway underground texting my friends letting them know the train is delayed and having it go through keeps me on big red.

    This.

Also, while it is true that Verizon has always been slow to roll out updates, I WAS pleased to find a pro-BB environment when I went in there. The same can not be said for others, such as AT&T. Verizon also had a visible promotion of the Z10 - I saw nothing across the street at the AT&T store. I think they at least deserve some credit for that. It may be easier for me though - I happen to be one of the lucky ones NOT experiencing random reboots on my Verizon Z10. If I was, I may feel differently.
