I've been spending hours pouring thru the forums trying to find a way to get our outlook to sync with the Z10. Obliviously I've read the cloud based threads and that is not an option for us. I've read the companion link and we might be interested in that once it sync's to the hub.

I'm just so frustrated that I'd really like to vent to a real person. I purchased these phones for the owner and myself and ever day this goes unresolved I'm taking a black eye. I have read about people talking to their Verzion's black berry support rep, is this something anyone can call? If so what is the number I've been unable to find anything.

The phone has been out over 2 months world wide and nearly a month here in the US. I don't know how much longer I can wait, certainly "by this year" is not acceptable. As much as I think the Z10 is the greatest phone ever we are considering idling them and reactivating our old torch's till this is fixed or I guess we could carry the torch's for calendar and contacts.....they are both horrible ideas I cannot believe we have gotten ourselves painted into this corner. I never in a million years thought this is something that I would have to verify was there at launch.

I'm not really wanting to rehash all the cloud based work arounds I've read them all, I've even tested some of them, they are not for us. This is simply a question of is there anyone I call directly familiar enough with black berry to understand why I'm madder than a hornet.

You need to call the regular number and then ask for BB support. 1-800-922-0204 Keep insisting to speak with BlackBerry support, eventually they will connect you.

    Dial**611*from your cell phone(800) 922-0204 Monday-Sunday 6am-11pm.

Verizon should be able to connect you directly with BlackBerry Support, or will provide a direct number. I remember seeing the numbers in a post years ago, but haven't seen them in a couple of years. If I stumble across the direct numbers, I'll repost them ASAP.

You don't want to call BB directly that costs money, but if your carrier connects you, it's free. You just have to go through a couple levels of their support first, which often times DOES include their own BB specialists. Eventually they will connect you to to BB if they can not resolve the problem. Be polite but firm.
