I struggle to get an USB key pad connected. I have read it's not really possible for Z10 because it's an passive USB port :-((. Is there any workaround? Any app? Would a powered active UBS Hub help?
It's due to my prof. work environment. I am aware about Bluetooth keypads.

Thanks for your answers to my "pre purchase questions" earlier. As you noticed now I got one.

    Thanks, Mac-Chatter

Yeah, the Z10 hardware doesn't have the ability to be a "USB host", so there is nothing you can do to attach a USB keyboard/keypad.

I believe your only choice will be via bluetooth.

Yes I can confirm that the Z10 doesn't support usb devices. I even tried plugging the keyboard into a separately powered USB hub and it did receive power, but still didn't have any output.
