I have unlocked my Z10 STL 100-3 from the Rogers network and from this link I see that I can only use AT&T or T-Mobile in the US. Is this true?

I would like to go to Verizon if possible. But the requires a STL100-4 phone, is that correct?

Yep, you're correct. STL 100-3 for AT&T/T-Mobile, STL 100-4 is the Verizon model
