    Hi everyone

went to the doc today for the last ultrascan of my wife's pregnancy... 4D and all... the best of all we had.

I was recording for abt 8mins 15secs and file is 815 MB.

We get home, all extra happy to see the baby again... and nothing is playing!!! Getting a message (ERROR 5: This file contains an unsupported media format).

Moved the video file to the PC, still nothing is playing.

I turned phone off... on again... nothing...

Took the battery off... back on... nothing... same error message.

What is going on? It is the first time that this happens! And the worst time to happen !!!

    Anyone has any idea please?

    THANKS!!!

So, you confirm the 815mb file is there?

I think at this moment, you should worry less about loss of data.

What player you use to play the file and what is the file type of that file?

    Cheers

Also can you download VLC on your PC and try to play that way?

A quick reboot should fix it. It seems to be a bug. I get it from time to time.

Yes the file is there... also in BB Link... but won't play.
I turned my BB off and back on, but nothing... Also took the battery out and in again, but nothing...
I use Media Player Classic (which plays everything) but nothing. Also tried its x64 version... VLC... Windows Player... all I get is a "Cannot render file" error message.

Hi buddy, since you have tried tons of media player and it is still not working. I think the best you can do now is download&install Any video converter, see whether it can detect this file or play this file in their mini player, then convert it to any file type.

FreemakeVideoConverter is another free converter that I have used when my pc wouldn't play videos even with the latest codec packs installed. Be sure to download from the official site as to not get any malware.
