    Okay this is really funny! How the H E L L am I not able to place a call when I just got the device today?! Whenever I try to place a call, this is the message I get.

    "Call Failure: You have not subscribed to identify restriction."

    Just what on earth does that mean seriously? My services such as BBM, email, etc. and everything else works just fine except phone calls. The more fun part is, I can actually receive calls from anyone except making a call. What a day for me to go for. Does this has to do with my carrier or my device? Please someone help me out here.

    I'm running on BB10 so the instructions are different on the older BlackBerry OS devices. Please help me here!!!

    Batelco (Bahrain) is my carrier. I bought the phone from a retail dealer as usual and this is the first time I ever have a problem with my phone.

    By the way, I checked the setting that Morpheous said in the post above and couldn't find it. Actually I looked using my 9790 and found the setting for it which is "Restrict my Identity" but don't know where it is for BB10 devices. Could be its moved or something.

    go to call log pull down u will get option clearlog and settings in that 5 th option SHOW MY NUMBER just click and make it on

    then try to call a no..
